These terms cover your use of PokéCameos at pokecameos.com ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What PokéCameos is

PokéCameos is a free fan project that catalogs Pokémon TCG cards where one Pokémon appears in the artwork of another card. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, Game Freak, or TCGplayer. Pokémon names, card images, and artwork belong to their respective owners and are shown here for identification and commentary.

Prices and affiliate links

Prices come from third-party market data and may be delayed or wrong. They are estimates, not offers, and buy signals are informational only, not financial advice. Card links go to TCGplayer and are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases happen on TCGplayer under its terms, and we are not responsible for those transactions.

Accounts

You need an account to keep a wishlist or collection and to submit reports. You must be at least 13 to create one. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by following our data deletion steps.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit reports that are spam, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to cameo cards.
• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or try to bypass rate limits.
• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the site's security.
• Use the site for anything illegal.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your reports

When you submit a report, you let us use the information in it, such as the cameo details and source link, to update the public catalog. We review reports and may edit, approve, or decline them.

Emails

Price alert emails are sent only after you confirm your signup. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the catalog accurate but do not guarantee that cameo data, card details, or prices are complete, correct, or current, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PokéCameos and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses from buying or selling cards based on information on the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 USD.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also change or discontinue any part of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
